About Dr. Evelyn T. Samuel:

With close to 20 years as a CEO and practicing dentist operating in the top 1 % percentile of her field, Dr. Samuel realized her purpose was to help others attain and realize their purpose, especially in the areas of business efficiency, profitable systems and achieving a balance that leads to long-term self-actualization.
One point that was crucial to me was “Make sure to give clear and detailed instructions…and trust that they’ll be able to do the task delegated to them”. So true! I have to implement this more instead of expecting the person to ‘just know’. Thanks.
Thank you for your response Dr. Nelson!
Yes, giving clear and detailed instructions, allowing others to be creative and trusting that they will be able to do the delegated tasks is key! Instructions ensure the desired or better results. Team members know what is expected and can work toward the goal. In addition, when your team knows that you are confident in their ability, they will consistently perform.
