- I don’t like to wait, and I don’t want my patients to have to wait for me. Your patients come to their appointment on time, so you should see them on time.
- Sometimes you might lose a patient due to not seeing patients who are late and that is OK, your other patients will appreciate being seen on time and not late because a patient before them was late.
